Our half-caf is a well balanced blend made especially to create a lovely cup without as much 'octane' as usual. Perfect for afternoons or for those who might not want as much caffeine but who will not settle for a sub-par coffee. Note cacao nib and citrus peel hints in this lovely balanced coffee. 

Currently our half-caf is a medium roast containing both our Peru Decaf Organic and our regular Ethiopia Yirgacheffe.
